Welcome to Vannaturals. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
Vannaturals offers eco-friendly cleaning services for residential, commercial, and post-construction spaces. Services include regular maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, contract cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
All services are customized based on client needs and the scope of work agreed upon during the consultation or quote process.
2. Bookings & Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property on the scheduled cleaning day.
If access is not available within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.
We accept entry via door codes, keys, or in-person access. All client property will be respected and treated with care.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Missed appointments without notice may be charged the full service rate.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted methods: e-Transfer, credit card, or invoice (for commercial clients).
For overdue invoices:
A 5% late fee will be added if payment is not received within 30 days.
Additional fees may apply for each 30-day period past due.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no extra charge.
6. Supplies & Equipment
We provide all natural cleaning supplies and equipment. If you would like us to use your specific products or tools, please notify us in advance. We are not liable for damage caused by customer-supplied products.
7. Health & Safety
Our cleaners will not handle mold, hoarding, biohazards, pest infestations, or animal waste.
Homes or businesses must be safe to enter and free from hazardous conditions.
For post-construction sites, the area must be safe and accessible for cleaning.
8. Liability
Vannaturals is fully insured.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear-and-tear.
Please secure or remove valuables, fragile items, or sentimental belongings prior to cleaning.
Damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe environments, inappropriate client behavior, or repeated cancellations or no-shows.
10. Privacy Policy
All client information is kept strictly confidential. We do not share or sell your data. For more details, see our [Privacy Policy].
11. Changes to These Terms
Vannaturals reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
